Important Note
- Our return, exchange & refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.But our products enjoy up to 1 year warranty service.
- Only on the condition that you receive the goods are both return and exchange supported.
- If your order has a problem, please contact us directly. We can investigate the photo files of your packages and items, provide solutions, and ship out replacement needed. DO NOT ship back products through the return process without authorization because we have the right to reject. After authorization, return address will be provide for you to ship the items back within 5 business days.
- Please save your returned shipment's tracking numbers, and email them to us so we can also track your return.
- Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless products are defective, wrong.
- Once a return arrives at our warehouse, We will processed and send you a confirmation email within 3 business days, which in detail depending on the number of items.
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you can return it ,that’s all. However, the following refund conditions must be met, otherwise we have the right to reject.
- The return period is within 30 days of order date.
- After the authorized return of items, the items should be sent and returned within 5 days.
- All products being returned must be in original condition without other damage. Meanwhile, all original items must be returned, including, but not limited to, antennas, cables, components, manuals, and all original packaging materials.
- Returns must be placed in an outer shipping box to avoid any damage to the product packaging.
- Refunds will be made for the original purchase price.
Although each item is tested and is packed well professionally, few items (less than 0.001%) might be damaged during the shipping. Welcome to contact us to exchange within 30 days of order date. Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless products are defective, wrong .
Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns. We will processed refund and send you a confirmation email within 2 business days. If you opted for a refund via the original payment method, please allow up to 3 business days for your account to be credited. Otherwise, please contact us.
Maybe some products are broken by used, we are willing to provide technical consulting service and up to 1 year warranty service. If you choose to ship the out-of-warranty product back to us to repair, we will charge a reasonable maintenance costs. Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs.
